Upcycling Coasters
Pan coasters can be made from old skateboard decks with a band saw, a router and a few screw clamps.
I made this project at home on an improvised workbench. Two strips of the same shape, each with a groove, form the base of the coaster. The concave shape of the deck ensures the distance between the pan and the table.
